The Gleaming Realm
The realm is not a unified nation. Its politics are broken up into small city-states that have disputed borders and constant drama and military maneuvering between them. Since the Spire has begun dimming many of these small kingdoms have formed an alliance to investigate this phenomenon. They have formed a neutral zone around the Radiant Spire that they all protect as their agents investigate.

The Radiant Spire
At the center of the Radiant Realm stands a spire that appears to be carved from a single opalescent gemstone. The peak of this spire reaches miles into the sky and glows as bright as a sun during the day and emits a dim blue light like the moon at night. This light shines illuminating the lands surrounding the spire for close to a 500-mile radius. Outside this circle of light is the outer darkness.

Around the base of the spire are many entrances to various chambers. Some lead deep into the spire and its network of rooms and chambers. The purpose of these rooms is unknown. There are rumors of ghosts and monsters that live inside the spire.
